Party policies

Please read these policies before you book. By paying you agree to all terms below.

Reservation

All party bookings are confirmed when the non-refundable $100 deposit plus applicable tax is received. The deposit is credited toward the final party cost, and the remaining balance is due at the studio.

Payment

Party packages: up to 10 people $300, up to 15 people $500, up to 20 people $650. A 15% group service fee is added to the final bill at the studio (it is not charged online). Pay the remaining balance in cash and get 10% off it. We accept cash, card, Zelle, and Cash App.

Guest count

Choose the package that fits your group: up to 10, 15, or 20 people. The price is for that package, not per person. Please confirm your final guest count with the studio at least 48 hours before the party.

Cancellation & rescheduling

• The $100 party deposit is non-refundable and is credited toward the final party cost. • The remaining balance is due at the studio. • Call the studio at least 48 hours ahead to request one reschedule.

Time slot

Your reservation includes a reserved time slot. Please arrive on time—late arrivals may result in reduced activity time, as we may have other bookings scheduled after your event.

Food & drinks

You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks.

Each party package includes one of: an 18cm bear painting, canvas painting, beading design, or a decoden cream decoration case. Pick one. Food and drinks are welcome. For a custom project list, book a private event and contact us with your requirements.

Damages & cleanliness

Guests are responsible for any excessive damage to equipment or the space beyond normal use.
