Customer Membership Program

Every $1 of eligible spending = 1 Growth Point.

Eligible purchases made at participating I Dear locations and through idearcrafts.com may contribute toward your membership level.

Your Star Level is based on the Growth Points you earned in the last 3 months. Once that total reaches the next milestone, your membership upgrades automatically and immediately.

Coins: every $1 of eligible spending also earns 1 coin (2 coins on your birthday). Redeem 100 coins for a $5 voucher or 200 coins for a $10 voucher in your account. Coins expire 12 months after they are earned; the oldest coins are used first.

Star Levels are based on Growth Points earned in the last 3 months. Your Star Level discount applies to eligible in-studio purchases at participating locations and to regular-priced items in our online shop.

Your Star Level follows the Growth Points you earned in the last 3 months. Points older than 3 months no longer count toward your level.

On the 1st of every month (New York time)
We re-rate your level from your last 3 months of Growth Points. Your level can go up or down — by more than one level if your recent spending dropped.

During the month
Your level does not drop, unless your last-3-months Growth Points fall below 100. Then you move to Star Member.

Members will never drop below our basic Star Member level.

A lower Star Level is never permanent. As soon as your Growth Points from the last 3 months reach a Star Level milestone again, you move straight back up — no waiting for the next month.

For example:
3-Star → only 450 Growth Points in the last 3 months on the 1st → 2-Star
Then: your 3-month total reaches 800 → back to 3-Star immediately

You do not need to wait for the monthly re-rating to move up.

Once your Growth Points from the last 3 months reach the next Star Level milestone, you will upgrade immediately.

For example:
2-Star Member → reach 800 Growth Points within 3 months → Upgrade to 3-Star → Enjoy 15% OFF eligible in-studio purchases

Your I Dear Rewards membership also connects to idearcrafts.com.

Eligible online purchases contribute toward your Growth Points and membership level.

Your Star Level discount (5%–25%) applies automatically at checkout to regular-priced items in our online shop. Special-priced items stay full price.

This allows us to bring together products from I Dear and participating I Dear franchise partners while continuing to offer special benefits to our members.

I Dear Rewards members may enjoy benefits including Star Level savings, birthday perks, member-only events, exclusive offers, early access to selected workshops or products, and special member surprises.

Star Level discounts of up to 25% OFF apply to eligible in-studio DIY experiences and regular-priced retail items at participating locations, and to regular-priced items in our online shop.

Certain purchases may be excluded, including:

Online member offers and promotions may have their own terms.

I Dear Rewards membership is personal and non-transferable.

Growth Points are based on eligible purchases. Refunds, returns, cancellations, chargebacks, or other reversed transactions may result in corresponding Growth Points being removed.

Membership discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.

Discounts and promotional offers may not be combined unless specifically stated.

Participating locations, eligible purchases, member benefits, online offers, and promotional programs may vary.
